My partner is gambling away our future

I feel so let down that I can't stop crying.

The night I met him (in 2013) he boasted that he was a risk taker, a maverick who likes to live on the edge.

In the early days, his energy and his spirit excited me. I admired him for not settling for a boring nine-to-five job.

I respected his decision to play the property and financial markets and fl y by the seat of his pants.

But I had no idea that he was so addicted to gambling

My grandparents died and left me their large house and all of their  savings.

 Now I have precisely zero left, because my guy has lost the lot
