Oxfam in Uganda invites interested and competent firms to bid for the drilling works as outlined below:




Oxfam is an international NGO confederation which works in over 90 countries to find lasting solutions to poverty, inequality and injustice.

In Uganda, Oxfam started work in the 1960s and since then it has continued working implementing both development and humanitarian program to support practical innovative ways for people to lift themselves out of poverty and thrive.

Oxfam in Uganda funded by DG ECHO (European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Office) is implementing WASH activities in Rhino Camp, Imvepi and Bidibidi refugee settlements in Arua and Yumbe Districts.

Oxfam in Uganda invites interested and competent firms to bid for the drilling works as outlined below:

1. Geo-physical survey, drilling, test pumping, installation and construction of 10 hand pumps in Rhino Camp Refugee settlement, Arua District.

2. Geo-Physical survey, drilling and test pumping of 03 high yielding boreholes (production well) in Rhino camp and Imvepi Refugee settlement, Arua District.

Eligible bidders must provide the following information together with costed (in Uganda Shillings) signed BOQs and Design drawings;
