With just hours away to the ICC World Cricket League Division 3, the Cricket Cranes camp is receiving last minute pep talk as they open their 2019 ICC World Cup journey, a journey that comes at a huge cost.

Uganda Cranes coach Milutin Micho Sredjovic has made a rare visit to the Cricket Cranes in a bid to encourage and offer his support to the boys.

His visit comes off the UCA special agenda of focusing on ground work to attract more people to rally behind the men who are representing the entire nation in the global showpiece.

"The greatest blessing to you careers can now only come by making Ugandans happy. Make use of the home advantage and create a "hell "of a tournament for your opponents," said Micho.

He adds that sacrifice, improvisation, hard work and a level of togetherness are  key tools in an international engagement of such kind.

It should be remembered that the first lady and minister of sports and Education Janet Museveni declared her support towards the Cricket Cranes earlier and on a few occasions she has tweeted about the ICC World Cricket League Division 3

Meanwhile, the Cricket Cranes coach on the other hand commended the football tactician for sparing time and declaring his support to the team that is dreaming at going to the 2019 ICC World Cup in Wales and England.

Uganda opens her campaign against Canada Tuesday at the Lugogo oval.
