Rally drivers took it to Namanve to test their cars and skills ahead of the FMU challenge rally in Luweero and Kayunga districts on Saturday and Sunday.
According to Fitidis Christakis, the test helped him get to know the mechanical faults on his Mitsubishi Evo 10.

Fitidis, Ambrose Byona and Ismail Ortega all tested their cars and are ready to go.
"Yes I have tested my car and I will be out to win the 2WD category," Ismail Ortega stated.
Ortega who is a five time champion (2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2016) is trailing by 20 points behind WOI Ismail Lule who leads the championship.
Ortega will face a challenge from Eddie Mukiibi (Vitz), Musa Kizito and former champion Ismail Waligo.
In the NRC category, Christakis Fitidis and Byona will battle it out with top drivers including Duncan Mubiru, Omar Mayanja, Ronald Ssebuguzi and Dr.Ashraf Ahmed.
Navigated by Leon Ssenyange in a Mitsubishi Evo 10, Ssebuguzi has 150 points, ten behind leader Duncan Mubiru (160points) and winning this event will take him to the top of the table.
