BUL FC striker Yudah Mugalu says a win on Saturday against Lweza FC will do well to inspire the team even more.

BUL are two places above the relegation zone with five games left to play, while Lweza are third from bottom.

But only one point separates these two top-flight sides in danger of dropping back to the FUFA Big League as the relegation battle heats up.

Saturday's match will prove crucial for other side's hopes for survival.

And BUL will be looking to 30-year-old Mugalu's industry to overcome their fellow strugglers at Kakindu Stadium.

"'I just want to play to my best so that I can help my team win. We know that we are at the wrong end of the table but our prime target is to bag home three points to have an advantage over the other teams fighting against being relegated," he said.

"A win today will inspire us more."

Meanwhile, teammate and captain Hakim Magombe has called on his side to up the tempo if they are to take the maximum three points.

"We know that Lweza is going to come for a big fight here because we are in the same boat at the moment for avoiding the drop.

"In the past few days we have been working on speed in training without any ball work. So at this time, we have leant to recover well any lost balls with speed and quick reaction and that means that we need to attack and defend as a team if we are to get a good fight for three points against Lweza  because we know that Kirinya has a trip at URA FC and  KCCA FC."

The return of Robert Achema and Villa Orum Chan alongside Mugalu means BUL will have enough options going forward.
