BTC, the Belgian Development Agency, together with different Government Ministries, are implementing the bilateral co-operation between Uganda & Belgium.

The National Technical Assistant for Health Financing Regional Level contributes to attainment of the specific objective of the activities, in the role assigned to him/her by the project documents in general to provide specialist technical support in health financing in general and the Results Based Financing (RBF) in particular at implementation level to be transferred to the partner.

Together with the National Technical Assistant Health System Strengthening, he assume responsibility for management of the local team in the region. The National Technical Assistant Health Financing Regional Level reports to the Project Manager and Co-managers of both the ICB II and PNFP project, both funded by BTC.
