Chuna added that women should create groups of 10-15 members in each group in order for them to benefit.

"Government does not want to sideline women a reason as to why this program was brought particularly for them" Chuna said.

Meanwhile Filbert Ocailap the RDC Soroti district says women should not leave this opportunity pass but instead ensure that they join groups and benefit from it.

He warned locals against sabotaging government programs saying those who will be identified will face the law.
