As Uganda Cranes look to disrupt the established order at the AFCON, they surely need home support more than ever!

Today at the Stade de Port-Gentil, Uganda is seeking to get their campaign up and running with a date against four- time Champions Ghana.

Surprisingly the same fixture was Uganda's last game in 39 years ago and since then the Cranes had never qualified back to the tournament.

Well Vision Group, Uganda's leading media house carried the torch for home supporters; Particularly those who couldn't afford going to Gabon by showing solidarity with the Cranes and by this, virtually all employees decided to wear Uganda Cranes jerseys to work Today!

Imagine nailing a t-shirt on a normal office working! - Yes that is how far Vision employees can go when it comes to the National team; even when it means dissolving office rules .

The name Uganda Cranes was on every ones' lips at least this morning with people hoping for the best in Gabon.

"This is our time to shine again at the continent's top tournament and I'm extremely happy I lived to see the cranes qualify back to AFCON.

We are now proudly sounding the drums for our Boys and pray for a successful campaign" said Derrick Kyatuka, a writer with New vision.

The CEO,Robert Kabushenga encouraged  employees to take pictures and share them on the different social media plat forms  as a sign to encourage more people outside to support the National team.

"I wish the very best for our Boys in Gabon. They are ready for the big stage" a happy Faith Kiai, sports writer said, immediately after sharing a selfie on twitter  in her black Uganda cranes Jersey.

Still all presenters on the different Vision Group platforms had to wear Jersey s or anything that depicts the Cranes.
