Court has further remanded businessman Matthew Kanyamunyu and his co-accused to Luzira Prisons until January 17, 2017 pending further investigations.
Kanyamunyu is alleged to have murdered Kenneth Watmon Akena.
Nakawa Grade One Magistrate, Noah Ssajjabi, on Tuesday further remanded the accused to Luzira Prisons after state prosecutor, Rachael Nabwire, told court that investigations in the murder case are still on-going.

Kanyamunyu, 39, the executive director of Quantum Express Logistics appeared in court alongside his brother Joseph Kanyamunyu, 40, and Cynthia Munwangari, 26. The accused have spent a month in Luzira.
Kanyamunyu is suspected to have shot Akena, 33, on November 13 in the stomach over a car scratch and he died a day after at Norvik Hospital, along Bombo road.
The accused are battling charges of murder contrary to section 188 and 189 of the Penal Code Act (PCA). According to the Act, any person convicted of murder faces a death penalty.
