African football: The teams KCCA and Vipers are facing

Uganda's reigning premier league Champions KCCA FC will face Angola's Clube Desportivo 1º de Agosto in  the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.

This comes after the draws that were conducted at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday.

KCCA will host the first leg between February 10 and 12 next year before travelling for the return leg a week later.

The winner between KCCA and Clube Desportivo 1º de Agosto will face defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns in the final round in March before heading to the group  stages.

Meanwhile, Vipers SC will host Volcan Club de Moroni from Comoros in the first leg of CAF Confederation Cup (February 10-12) before travelling to Moroni for the return leg (February 17-19).

The winner  between Vipers and Volcan Club de Moroni will play either Platinum Stars or União Desportiva do Songo of Mozambique in the next round in March.
