Things you should travel with for Christmas

Dec 22, 2016

As you are planning when and how to travel do also consider packing these items.

The sound of Jingle bells is drawing closer and many people are planning to travel to villages for the Christmas holidays to enjoy with relatives and friends.

As you are planning when and how to travel do also consider packing these items.

Toilet paper

Save space in your luggage by packing tissue. You will be embarrassed when you want to use the toilet only to find Newspapers or leaves to use. Pack as much tissue as you can.

Solar power

Power your parent's home this Christmas. Let them also watch TV and listen to Christmas Carols.

Beddings

While packing a heavy set of bed sheets in your suitcase might seem a bit extreme, you need to go with your own linens. Sometimes it's nice to have all the comforts of home.

Nothing disturbs like sleeping in old torn bed sheets. If you do not pack yours, do for the children to avoid skin infections.

Gas cooker

If you want to save your mother, aunt and sisters from smoke, carry a gas cooker with you. They will never forget you. Gas even saves time.

Money

As you are in the village, you may want to visit your aunt in the next neighborhood, whom you have missed for a period of time, when you get to her home do not just wish her a happy New-year, offer some money. She needs to buy a small radio and seeds.

Slippers

Whether you have a heavy bag or using a taxi, you need to carry slippers. What will you use after bathing? Whose slippers will you put on? Just be organized and pack these small sandals because you will have to move around.

Touch

It can mean to be dark in the village. Just carry your touch or solar lamp to make your stay lovely.

Bible

It is Christmas; carry your bible with you to be able to follow the sermon. You can even leave it behind on your way back.

Others

Sponge, pain killers, pads, mosquito nets, towel, tooth brush and paste and vaseline.

Merry Christmas.
