Compliance to the Land Use Regulatory Framework-2016 Survey
The Ministry is mandated to monitor, evaluate and assess implementation of planned, orderly physical development throughout the country.
Pursuant to this mandate, a study was commissioned in 62 selected urban local governments to determine their compliance performance to the physical development planning and regulatory framework.
