Orland brothers target gold in Kenya

As the national motocross team prepares for the FIM Central Africa Championship in Nairobi on Saturday and Sunday, the Orland brothers have vowed to win three gold medals for team Uganda.

Aviv,14, Stav,11, and Alon Orland,8, made the vow last evening during training on their new bikes in Busiika.

"We are going for three golds in our categories," Aviv Orland who is the Africa champion in the 85cc class said.

"We are just trying to master the new bikes and they are light and good," Aviv added.

The three brothers have been riding Kawasaki bikes but decided to switch to KTM and will be joined by other riders including Blick brothers Paddy and Alestairs, Omar brothers Alwaleed and Wazir, Malcom Omoding, Isabella Blick to form team Uganda .

The team is captained by Maxime Van Pee who will be competing in the MX1 category.
