CKI humiliate big dogs to clinch pool clubs knockout

CKI captain Robert Lubega impressed as his team pulled off a shock win against Scrap Buyers.

"Team work and hard work are the reason why we have become the Clubs Knockout champions," he said.

Lubega also credited all his fellow players that played the winning frames in the high pressure matches.

"My players that stood out were Ndugga Herbert, Mirembe William and Meddie Kalanzi. All these were pivotal in knocking out Hot Pool, Skin Samona and Scrap Buyers."

He also praised National Pool champion Sula Matovu for the effort he made that catapulted the team to the title.

"I am grateful for the difference my top players made especially Sula who also tried his best whenever he was called upon."

CKI will be gunning for the Senior League next season since they are out of contention this season, added Lubega.
