New KCCA FC board appointed

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has appointed a new board that will run KCCA FC for the next three years. 

Julius Kabugo who has been the interim acting chairman of the club bounced back as the board chairman.

Other directors on the board include; George Opio Okello ,Tom Micky Lwanga, Aggrey Ashaba and Ali Kasirye Nganda while  Davis Othieno will be the board secretary.

"We are going to meet as a board so that we come out with the targets for the club. The members on the board are committed to serve" stated Kabugo.

Since May last year, Kabugo has been the acting chairman of the club.

During his term, the club has managed to win the league title, FUFA Super Cup and were runners-up and third in the Uganda Cup and CECAFA Kagame Cup respectively in 2015.

During his time still, the club also managed to register an U17 team in the FUFA Junior League where they finished runners-up last season.
