President Museveni has today November 4th, 2016 appointed and deployed Permanent Secretaries under article 174 (2) of the constitution.
Long serving Permanent Secretaries Kaliisa Kabagambe (energy ministry), Paul Steven Kagoda (ministry of internal affairs) and James Mugume (ministry foreign affairs) have been dropped in a new reshuffle.
A State House statement said: “President Museveni has today November 4th, 2016 appointed and deployed Permanent Secretaries under article 174 (2) of the constitution.”
