UGANDA PREMIER LEAGUE TUESDAY RESULTS

Kirinya 1  KCCA   1

SC Villa 2  The Saints  1

Bright Stars 2  BUL  1

Sadolin Paints FC held Lweza FC in a Tuesday Azam Premier League tie played at Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

The visitors took the lead through Ogik Norman before Hassan Kikoyo equalized to salvage a point for Lweza.

Ogik scored one of the fastest goals this season, converting three minutes into the game, although the ball appeared to have taken a deflection.

Sadolin should have doubled their advantage as Fred Kyambadde's effort at goal moments later forced the home keeper into a glorious save.

Lweza made changes nearly midway of the opening half, introducing John Semazi for Ndawula Patrick.

Yasili Mugambi almost found the level but his attempt at rounding the keeper would only end up into a corner kick.

The visitors took a one-goal advantage into the break as Lweza brought on new striker Karim Ndugwa to find the net.

The counter-attacks were of two-way traffic until Sadolin's poor clearance at the back allowed the hosts to equalize in the 80th minute.

Next up, Sadolin will host Proline FC next Tuesday while Lweza will make a trip to Soana FC.
