After losing 29-16 to Betway Kobs in the Uganda Cup quarterfinal on Saturday, Shell Rimula Rhinos coach Brian Makalama has vowed to come back big in the national league.
Makalama said that his charges put up a good fight and he is confident his charges will be ready for the 2016/2017 season.
"we gave them a run but lost just because of a few mistakes. We learnt a lesson and we shall be out to correct our mistakes," Makalama stated.
Meanwhile it was drama at Kyadondo Rugby club as Warriors boycotted their semi-final game against Hima Cement Heathens, handing the latter a walkover.
Othieno Owora was stopped from playing on grounds that he has a case in the disciplinary committee for allegedly pouring alcohol on the team manager of Namibia during the Uganda Namibia game on June 16 at Kyadondo rugby Club.
