Prisons Netball Team Coach Imelda Nyongesa says her side is targeting to win their three remaining games in a bid to retain the National Netball League title this season.

The wardresses are scheduled to play against KCCA, UPDF and NIC in their remaining fixture games after beating students, UCU yesterday at Namboole.

Their new signings and former NIC players Stella Oyella and Hadijah Nakabuye continued to put up tremendous performances as they beat UCU 43-38 to stay at the top of the table with 14 points.

Goal Shooter (GS) Oyella was entrusted to play 60 minutes, as her partner Nakabuye substituted Dorothy Tabia at half time as the three jointly steered Prisons to their seventh victory, and remain unbeaten this season.

"We have three more matches on our fixture and we must win all so as to retain the title," she said.

But UCU's lead player Alice Wasagali commended her teammate's performance, although they lost.

"We are shot of good players due to various reasons but at least we tried all we could," Wasagali stated.

In the other game, Police recovered from last weekend's setback to beat UPDF 42-38 at Namboole.
