According to a notice seen by New Vision, at the UMMC's notice board at their offices in Makerere, the said persons had already been served to attend the disciplinary hearing but in vain. The same was also published in various newspapers.

"This is to inform you that the Council has made all efforts to serve you notice to attend the disciplinary hearing and failed. You are hereby notified that your disciplinary hearing will be held on Thursday, 25, August 2016 in the Council Boardroom," read the notice.
