State minister in charge of Transport, Agrey Bagiire hailed Al Hajji Nasser Ntege Sebaggala for introducing a modern system of public transportation in and around Kampala.

While launching Ssebaggala's taxi business dubbed ‘Friendship tax ‘at Sheraton Hotel gardens on Friday, Bagiire said the vehicles will transport people in a secure manner, hence offering a solution to individuals who masquerade in the special hire business as they assault Ugandans.
