Isinde called up for Cranes Tour

Uganda Cranes defender Isaac Isinde is the latest inclusion to the Uganda Cranes team headed to Masaka today.

Isinde, who is one of the two senior Cranes players alongside Hassan Wasswa on the squad, has replaced injured Timothy Awany.

The team will play a Buganda Region select side at Masaka Recreational Stadium at 4pm on Saturday as part of the Cranes tour of the country.

The tour is intended to rally support for the national team from the countryside and give the passionate Uganda Cranes supporters an opportunity to watch their favourite stars in flesh.

Brain Majwega has also joined the rest of the players for the trip while Vincent Kayizzi is expected tomorrow after the Bika game for his clan the Balangira.

Uganda Cranes has visited Western Region (Mbarara), North East (Soroti), Northern (Gulu), Kitara (Masindi), West Nile (Arua) and recently, Eastern Region (Mbale).
