First Lady and Karamoja Affairs Minister Mrs. Janet Museveni was in Rwanda to meet MPs on children wellbeing “No other culture should play the role of African mothers, the welfare of African children is the challenge of all African women” said Mrs Museveni while addressing the Rwandan women Members of parliament during a meeting in Kigali. The meeting at the parliamentary was attended by Rwandan First Lady Jeanette Kagame and speaker of parliament Rose Mukantabana. It was also attended by women parliamentarians and other high ranking government officials.
