Lightning kills Police cadet

A cadet trainee identified as Morris Orach was on Thursday night at struck by lightning.

Reports indicate that he was struck as he entered the dormitory during a heavy down pour of rain.

According to the school's communications officer, superintendent of police, Roman Otoro, the body is at Masindi Hospital mortuary pending transportation to Gulu district for burial.
