In the semi-final Thunderbirds saw off their traditional rivals Black Panthers 26-0 while Entebbe Sharks defeated Jinja base Walukuba Titans 17-12.
The tournament has six circuits and the team which accumulates the highest points emerges as National Champions.
meanwhile Rams coach player Richard Lumu lived by example scoring two tries to inspire his side to 12-10 defeat of Sadolin Mongers in final the National Rugby 7s tournament Makerere Circuit at Grave Yard ground Makerere on Saturday.
Lumu also scored a try in the semi-final as his side upset former champions and pre-tournament favourites Hima Cement Heathens 7-5.
"We came as underdogs but we knew that sevens rugby is different from 15s a side and we can win. So that belief inspired us to work hard and indeed we are now Champions of the Makerere Circuit.
"The win is a big motivation for us in the Second Circuit which is the Kitaka Memorial at Legends Rugby ground and we shall come to win," Lumu added.
Mongers who defeated Kobs 14-5 in the semi-final attributed the defeat to cheating.
"The finals are supposed to be 10minutes each half but I was surprised we played seven minutes each half." Mongers coach Kigongo Ssebalamu.
In Sevens rugby is played seven minutes each half but at the final it is 10minutes each half.
