Entebbe Club members have started a match play club championship that will have the winner crowned at the end of the year.

During the April Mug of Mugs tournament, the 32 top players were earmarked to play each other during the year until the champion emerges.

Robbins Mwehaire who won the Castle Lite April mug leads the field alongside all the group winners and runners up in the April mug action.

Among the top ten is Jaime Byaruhanga, Isaac Maniera, Nziza Rurangirwa, Edwin Tabaro, Moses Ssebugwawo, Sam  Sejjaaka and Oscar Kihiika.

Irene Nakalembe and Pamella Tumusiime  were the top performers in the ladies category in the one-day medal tournament that attracted 100 players.
