Schools rugby giant Namilyango College beat former champions Kololo Secondary school 16-11 on Sunday to qualify for the schools rugby league semi-finals.

"We have already qualified for the semi-final and our focus is winning this year's trophy," an excited Namilyango games teacher John Bosco Okwaja stated after the game.

Daniel Kisakye managed a try before his teammate Jerom Atto added two penalties for Kololo who are now eliminated.

In the other games Buddo defeated Makerere College 15-10 in Buddo, SMACK smashed London College 20-13 while defending champions Hana crashed St. Lawrence Creamland 50-6.
