Museveni receives message from Egyptian counterpart

President Yoweri Museveni has received a message from President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt.

The message was delivered to Museveni by the Egyptian Ambassador to Uganda, Ahmed Abdel Aziz Mostafa at State House, Entebbe.

President Museveni and the Egyptian envoy discussed issues pertaining to the relations between Egypt and Uganda, particularly trade between the two countries.

Egypt and Uganda are trade partners in the region.

Ugandan exports to the North African country include coffee while Egypt is one of the leading countries in the region with investments in Uganda.
