The crew of Christakis Fitidis and Umaru Kakande posted a time of 9 minutes, 26.91seconds, beating all the top drivers to win the FMU Premeir Sprint on Sunday at the Uganda Motorsport Arena Busiika.

They beat the second placed crew of Arthur Blick Jr and Unisan Bakunda in Subaru N10 with 7 seconds.

Corner Specialist Wycliff Bukenya was the driver of the day as he excited fans with his spinning and drifting skills in corners.

Ponsiano Lwakataka who had vowed to win the Sprint finished ninth after breaking his rear wheel handles in the second run.

FMU Vice President Hajji Hamidu Gombe lauded the organising team for job well-done and promised to put the proceeds of the event to the right cause.
