Following a series of inconsistent results in the first half of the season, BUL FC head coach Alex Isabirye has drawn up a plan that will help to inspire his players to a top 4 finish in this season's Azam Premier League.

BUL finished the first round in 10th position with 21 points but Isabirye is sure that the 9 points his team is trailing table leaders KCCA is not insurmountable.

''We lost to Soana FC , Bright Stars , JMC Hippos and Victoria University all at home in first round and that summarised a series of inconsistent results my team had . My squad is new and young and I have a lot of belief in it.

I have at least given each player enough games to prove their worth in the last 15 matches so I now know their strength and weaknesses" he said.

Despite an impressive first half of the season, Isabirye said he was considering reinforcements in the January transfer window.

"We may add one or two names if we are sure they can add some quality during the transfer period but I feel the squad I have is good enough to challenge for top four places as per now'' said Isabirye.

BUL stunned KCCA 1-0 last month, then drew 0-0 with defending champions Vipers but were brought down to earth via a thorough 4-0 beating at the hands of Express at Wankulukuku, a result that Isabirye believes flattered their play.

''We shall play ruthlessly come the second round because all my boys are fired up and are ready to correct their first round mistakes'' added Isabirye.
