Police in Kabalagala are holding a Swiss national for threatening someone with a pistol.

63-year old Ulirich Meyer who has been in the country for just two weeks is said to have used his gun to force Robert Mucunguzi move his car out of the way.

Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Patrick Onyango says Meyers has been arrested with 30 rounds of ammunition and they have discovered he was having the gun unlawfully.

Meyer admitted to threatening Musinguzi saying it was spontaneously out of anger.
