Police have recovered a body of a man by the road side near a drainage channel in Bunga, a city suburb.
It is suspected that the man in mid-30 died in a heavy down pour.|
The deceased only identified as Teffe was regular in Bunga where he vended manicure and pedicure business.
Kabalagala police chief, Francis Chemusto, who was at the scene before the body was transferred to Mulago hospital for post a mortem said they were yet to establish the cause of death
.
“He was dealing in manicure and his colleagues believe he was drunk when he fell by the road side,” said Chemusto.
James Luyimbazi, chairman Bunga trading centre called upon people to avoid overdrinking which may result into loss of life due to lack of self-control.
