UNDP is providing support to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MFPED) to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry and other relevant institutions in Uganda to conduct evidence-based policy research under the ‘Strengthening the Capacity for Evidence-Based Analytical Studies that Promote Human Development and the MDGs in Uganda’ (EBAS) project. The EBAS project is a three-year project and is being executed under UNDP’s National Implementation (NIM) modality
