Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is set to release 2013 Primary Leaving Education (PLE) results on January 30.
UNEB Spokesperson Hamis Kaheru explained that the results were delayed due to financial constraints.
“Despite the financial problems UNEB is facing, we have managed to speed up with the marking and the results will be released at the end of this month,” Kaheru said.
A total of 582,085 candidates sat for Primary Leaving Examinations in November last year.
There was an increase of 16,422 candidates from the number that sat for PLE the previous year.
