The Government of Uganda (GOU) has received financing from the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) towards the cost of the Reconstruction and Equipping of Four Technical Institutes (REFTI) Project under Loan Agreement No. 849, and intends to apply a portion of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts for which this Bidding Document for Works has been issued, i.e. for the Expansion of four Technical Institutes (Ahmed Seguya Memorial TI, Tororo TI, Kalongo TI and Kibatsi TI in Kayunga, Tororo, Agago and Ntungamo Districts respectively)
