The Saints are out to continue their quest for qualification into Azam Uganda Premier League. They travel to Kawanda to take on Baza Holdings.
Second in the Rwenzori group with 48 points, the Saints beat Baza Holding 1-0 in the first round at Namboole last year. Baza Holdings lie in seventh position with 28 points.
Baza has lost their last two league games and also lost three points last week for failing to travel to Mbale to face CRO FC.
At Kakindu, table leaders JMC Hippos host CRO while Sporting United face Ndejje at Lango Sports ground.
Home side Kumi United play Water while Soroti Garage takes on Hope Doves at Soroti Muncipal stadium
In the Elgon group, Kirinya Jinja SS hosts Synergy while Proline play Kasese New Villa at Nakivubo.
At Kiira grounds, Kireka United battles Wandegeya.
