President Museveni makes minor cabinet changes

President Yoweri Museveni Thursday made changes to his cabinet, bringing in army chief Gen Aronda Nyakairima as Internal Affairs minister.

President Yoweri Museveni Thursday made changes to his cabinet, bringing in army chief Gen Aronda Nyakairima as Internal Affairs minister.
In other changes, Mary Karooro Okurut moves to the Gender, Lbour and Social Development Ministry as John Nasasira goes to ICT, while Ruhakana Rugunda takes charge of Health. Former Health Minister ONdoa becomes presidential advisor on Health.
Rose Namayanja takes over as Information and National Guidance Minister from Okurut. Hillary Onek, who was at Internal affairs Minister, is moved to Disaster Preparedness and Refugees.
President Museveni also appointed and transfered Permanent Secretaries. Keith Muhakanizi is new PS of Finance. DETAILS BELOW
