trueNine-month-old Blasio Seguya was admitted to Family Hope and Medical Centre in Bwaise in critical condition recently.  After his treatment, his mother, Christine Arinaitwe, asked for the bill.

When she was told it was sh59,000, the 29-year-old handed sh10,000 to a health worker and said she was going to get more money.

That was the last time she was seen. She did not leave behind any contact.
When the health workers failed to find her, they admitted Seguya.

Two days later, the health facility handed over Seguya to the Police in Kawempe.

The doctor who admitted Seguya said he had severe malaria and was severely dehydrated.
