For deworming purposes, you should make foods that help with deworming part of your meals. These include:

Eating Sukuma wiki

Drinking a mixture of radish juice with rock salt (kisula in Luganda)

Taking lemon juice twice a day after meals

Chewing raw onions and garlic. 

Crushing pawpaw seeds into powder form or eating raw pawpaws also helps because the sap. 

You can also roast and eat a big ripe tomato in the morning (on an empty stomach) for three days.

Crush fresh pumpkin seeds and soak them for 15 to 20 minutes in hot water. 

Drink one tea cup for one to three weeks and eat pumpkin seeds every day.
