State attorney Robert Mackay on Monday informed principal magistrate grade one Emmanuel Baguma of the Anti-Corruption Court, that the Police probe was yet to be completed.

He asked for more time to enable the Director of Public Prosecutions compile enough evidence against Kazinda and his three co-accused.

They are alleged to have embezzled funds for procurement of fuel and lubricants for motor vehicles meant to deliver relief and food from the central relief stores to disaster victims in various districts.
