Achen came to meet aunt
Nine-year-old Doreen Achen was in tears at the Bus Park, when a Good Samaritan rescued her and handed to officers at the Old Kampala Police Station. She said her father, Carlos Otim, had put her on the bus in Lira to travel to Kampala to meet her aunt, Nancy. Achen, a P.3. pupil of Eyama Primary School in Lira, can only speak Langi.

She explained through a translator, that her father is a policeman in Masindi and that he had gone back to Lira for a holiday. It was, however, difficult to get more information about her aunt and the Police appeal to her relatives to pick her up. For details call 0711042336.
