The program will run for a period of three years. The initiative is one of the KOICA training programs tailor-made for Uganda.

Twenty local government officials will travel to South Korea every year for a 3 week intensive training aimed at providing strategy for the development of Uganda by sharing Korea’s experiences in local governance, local economic development, human resource development and financial development.

KOICA Resident Representative KANG Younhwa, expressed gratitude to the government for its continuous support to KOICA’s development cooperation with Uganda.
