Mbarara Municipality Mayor Wilson Tumwiine expresses concern over what he calls increased crime cases in the town.

He attributes these crimes to private security guards noting that they are misusing their guns.

Tumwine was speaking during a security meeting held at Mbarara municipal council hall.

Speaking during the same occasion, Mbarara Regional Internal Security Officer James Mugabirwe noted that some security guards were mishandling their guns due to lack of enough training.
