Envoy smitten with Bella

THE Djibouti Consul to Uganda, Silas Majyambere, is one man who appreciates the softer and fi ner things in life. We have belatedly learnt that during Angella Katatumba’s video release party a fortnight ago, he was so impressed by the self-proclaimed dance hall queen Bella’s waist-shaking regimen, he beckoned her and whispered into her ear, prompting her to grin from ear-to-ear.

It is noted that while the slim girl performed her lusoga dancehall track Nguliko, Majyambere was hooked and he nodded rhythmically.

He then engaged the services of singer Casanova, who whispered to Bella. In a fl ash, Bella was positioned at the high-table and although we can only speculate about what they chatted, it must have been something to do with her improved fortunes.

The next we heard her speak, Bella was talking of a mega concert later this year. We can predict that Majyambere will make the high-table whenever she launches.
