Gashumba, Nabukeera mom row takes new twist

The rift between Kampala businessman Frank Gashumba, the patron of Aisha Nabukeera and her mother, Sophia Nakandi, has taken another twist.
The rift between Kampala businessman Frank Gashumba, the patron of Aisha Nabukeera and her mother, Sophia Nakandi, has taken another twist.
The last time they appeared on this page, Nakandi was demanding sh25m, meant to help Nabukeera go for an operation in the USA. She claimed she was tired of waiting and wanted the money to build a house.
Consequently, she had blocked her daughter’s travel. The latest we have heard is that Gashumba, unable to withstand the pressure, has given her sh5m. She asked for the money to make payment on a piece of land and subsequently construct a house. Hmm.
We do not know what this means but snoops say she leaves responsibility of her daughter with Gashumba.
Gashumba reportedly gave her money to start a retail business last year, from his own pocket.
