MASAKA Secondary School administrators had great hope in Ponsiano Kiggundu and offered him a job at the school after his A’ level exams.

Kiggundu scored 1AABA in general paper, mathematics, physics, chemistry and technical drawing.

“I knew I would make it with at least 23 points,” a beaming Kiggundu said.

He wants to study telecommunication engineering at the university. His head teacher, Musa Mpungu, said Kiggundu was bright and disciplined.

“That is why we gave him a job at the school to keep him in that shape,” Mpungu said.

He said most of the best students of Masaka SS were studying science subjects.
