By 28, any woman should be married because it gets harder to get a man past that age. I believe at this age, they are already doing something on their own. They have a job and have a clear picture of what their life should be and are working towards that. For a man, the right age is 30 years. At 30, men begin thinking seriously. The realisation that they are growing old focuses them to settle and begin planning for the future.

I think 25 years is reasonable for a girl to get married at. She is old enough to understand and respect her body. She is intelligent enough to make decisions in a home, including the number of children she should have. She can also give good advice to her husband. She is also old enough to take care of the family in the absence of her husband. For a guy, I think 30 is appropriate, when he is capable of thinking about other people.
A man this old is not reckless.

Men should marry immediately after completing either university or tertiary education. This is at 25 or 26 years. When you delay, you tend to be unserious with life and begin partying and womanising. If you get married immediately, you avoid these vices. A girl should get married when she turns 18 years. Beyond 20 years, it is difficult because you are no longer beautiful. At 18, women are not complicated. When they turn 20, they begin thinking like men and who wants to marry a forceful woman? They begin asking for their rights. This is why men run away from them.

What matters is their ability to think and behave like adults. You can meet 30 year or 40-year- olds who think like teenagers. So age does not matter for the guys as long as they can think and act like adults.
