A boda boda cyclist was on Tuesday morning hacked to death by people pretending to be passengers. The district Police commander, Ojokuna Elatu, identified the deceased as Julius Ntaro of Kamusegu trading centre in Bwikara sub-county. He was murdered at Kisaara village in Bwikara. Ojokuna said the Police found a blood-stained panga at the murder scene.
