Bika Football Committee’s Lwanga Kamere yesterday warned spectators to be cooperative during the match.
“No spectators will be allowed to hang on top of the surrounding buildings to steal the view,†said Kamere yesterday.
Besides, only invited guests will be allowed in the pavillion as a security precaution, Kamere added.
“There will be no special treatment. Everybody must pay sh3000,†he cautioned further.
Lugave will kick off the bonanza when they take on Ngonge in a first round tie.
Unlike the previous tournaments that have been based around Kampala, this year’s championship will have action in Buwama in Mpigi, Buikwe, and Bukalasa in Luwero.
This is meant to take the tournament nearer to the fans, explained Kamere.
