KAMPALA - Former UK prime minister Gordon Brown on Saturday visited Buganda Road Primary School to evaluate the usefulness of information technology in Universal Primary Education schools. The school is a beneficiary of the Global School Partnerships programme managed by the British Council. Brown pledged to fund the school’s IT department.
